The Right Weigh

This is the year. I have made a decision. I will shed the weight that has inhibited me for so long.

I have been reading a book called "The Right Weigh" by Rena Greenberg. This book makes so much sense to me. It briefly mentions food and exercise (unlike other books that dedicate most of the book to these topics.) Rena says: You know what to do, you have been down this road before. You have tried every diet and now you need a mental tool. Something is preventing you from getting to where you want to be. She is very inspiring. I have committed to completing her tasks for the 40 days she has outlined. Part of this means that I need to record lots of things in 'a permanent weight-loss journal'.

This is that journal. I am ready. I am here!
