Creating your vision

This is my vision. I wrote it, then felt it. My task is to remind myself of this vision every day. I have yet to write it up and hang it all around my house. That is the goal for this evening. The goal is written in present tense, and I must 'feel' it every single day.

I am a size 12 by October 2009. I enjoy regular physical activity that strengthens my body and my soul. I love to eat food that nourishes my body. I feel powerful and full of energy. I am free of my sugar addiction in all situations. I love the way that my body looks and feels. I am filled with gratitude for the strength and courage to achieve my vision. I relax easily with prayer and meditation.

I am off now to print this vision and find three places to display it.
